Q. Can I order from your site in the evening/weekend?
A. Yes, the site is open for orders 24/7. Our ordering system is completely automated so orders can be made at any time.

Q. I have a question about my order, who do I contact?
A. If you have any questions regarding your order, please email info@gsmsz.com quoting your order details.

Q. I have added an item to my basket that I no longer want. How can I remove it?
A. At the top of every page there is a 'Cart" link. Click on that and you can remove items you no longer want to purchase.

Q. How do I pay for items in my basket?
A. At the top of every page there are 'Cart' and 'Checkout' links. Click on either of these and details of how to proceed will be shown on the page.

Q. Are your products guaranteed/what is the warranty period?

A. Your purchases are covered for 6 months from the date of receipt (+ any manufacturer's warranty). Please email info@gsmsz.com if you have a problem with your purchase.
